Tonight I handed the key to my practice over to Nico Esterhuizen. Nico has been with me for 5 1/2 years. We used your win win method and we are both delighted with the outcome. Nico and I enjoyed a superb working relationship during which I slowly extracted myself from the pracice. The patients and staff adapted as I spent less and less time there and the whole transition was seamless.

Thanks so much for a very informative course! Really enjoyed it and came away with some good ideas of where and how to steer my business.Busy trying to implement some of the things we discussed. Will be a bit of a process but we will get there. Wish we had learnt this stuff at varsity so you can at least know the basics…most of us just flounder around with little or no idea or direction! It’s a miracle I’m still in business and surviving!!!Hope you recover soon! I must say I’m exhausted! Enjoy Cape Town!

I have done many management/business/bookkeeping courses and consulted various people. I have to tell you – this was direct info, concise and precise, just for optoms in business and USEFUL – the best ever! Would recommend, if not insist that this course be made part of the study curriculum, and necessary for all optometrists to attend

Baie dankie vir die naweek se kursus in die Kaap. Daar was soveel aspekte van Optometrie gedek en behandel dat ek bietjie rondpik en wonder waar om te begin?? Ek is opgewonde om te begin beplan en gaan elke afdeling van my besigheid stukkie vir stukkie ontleed en met die nuwe kennis my huidige metodes toets en veranderinge aanbring.
